Our work is a balance between refining your patterns through dynamic movements, honing your coordination and timing and longer holds that serve to unwind the layers of your being that have been wading through our human experience.
The shape of our body influences the quality and direction of our breath, our breath influences our mental and emotional state and our soul receives the nourishment and reminds us of our place in this world.
My offerings are based on a functional and harmonious approach to movement. You are re-learning how to move with more clarity and ease one breath, one movement at a time.
Through my own life experiences and formal education I have cultivated an intimate relationship with the complexities of recovering from injury. I understand that you are embarking on a healing journey and I’d be honored to be your guide.
