My offerings are based on a functional and harmonious approach to movement. You are re-learning how to move with more clarity and ease one breath, one movement at a time.

Our journey begins with a comprehensive movement assessment to identify places in your body that are asking for your attention.

From this place, we will explore movements guided by your breath, allowing you to quiet your mind, listen to your body’s innate intelligence and move with a refined sense of clarity and ease.

You will learn how to release overactive tissues through self myofascial release techniques and unwind lines of tension in your body through gentle movement practices.

Once your body is restored to it’s natural tone, we’ll spend time activating underactive muscles and weaving your renewed relationship with balance, stability and strength into sustainable, full body movement patterns.

Each session is unique to you and offers a co-creative movement environment to meet yourself wherever you are and connect to your body’s true potential.

Through my own life experiences and formal education I have cultivated an intimate relationship with the complexities of recovering from injury. I understand that you are embarking on a healing journey and I’d be honored to be your guide.
