Our movement sessions are an invitation for you to:

  • tune into your body and breath

  • create nervous system harmony

  • unwind facial adhesions, lines of tension

  • relieve nagging aches and pains

  • tap into your vitality and inner strength

  • culitvate a refined relationship with all of you

Discovery session: Initial visit

Our time together is an invitation to share your story, past injuries, accidents and other events that have shaped your life. Time to reflect on what makes you come alive, paired with goal creation: getting clear on what feels true to you. Your clarity and commitment to your growth, will help transform your vision into a reality!

We’ll assess your posture and movement to gather information about how your body organizes around support. This process will reveal asymmetries in your body and provide us with crucial insights and feedback for our work together. 

We will conclude our session with a guided tour into your body’s inner landscape. Through movement and breath you will cultivate a refined relationship with your felt sense, access deep core support and learn how to release tension in your body through tracking sensation and connecting to your body’s innate wisdom.

Movement session:

Each movement session is an exploration into your your body’s innate wisdom. It’s a invitation to tune into you and listen deeply to your body’s natural rhythms. We’ll spend time restoring your body to it’s natural tone, unwinding tension living in your fascial webbing, giving a clear sense of function and purpose to parts of you that have been neglected or forgotten and weaving resilient strength into your entire being.

Daily practice included:

You will receive a daily practice, unique to you, allowing you to move at a healing pace. This is your journey into creating new neural pathways enabling you to move with more confidence, clarity and ease.

Investment:

Discovery Session - $175 for 90 minutes

Movement Session - $125 for 60 minutes

Working with me is a collaborative effort. This journey is an open-hearted, playful one, born out of my relationship with movement as my medicine.

Sessions are held in a private movement space that has been curated for all the modalities used for repatterining, strengthening and attuning to your body. Guided movement sessions rejuvenate the connection between your body and mind, relieving tension, accessing deep core support, and weaving resilient strength throughout your being.

Emily's approach is so unique and really strikes a wonderful balance of mindful movement and functional fitness. I always come away from our sessions feeling fantastic!
